"The Top Hat Burger Palace - the name says it all! The "Palace" has been perched on the corner of Main Street and Palm for as long as I can remember. Its distinctive sign, showing a top hat, gloves and walking stick always make me smile.

But there is a touch of class to the sign that adds some glamour to the little square building it adorns. It is a familiar sight, and like any palace, we hope it will be there forever. But nothing is forever, and so I look forward to painting it in its new location."
